The Added on field is a system-generated field that can be added at any time to a tab. Builders can only add this field to a tab once. When this field is added, the date when a record was created displays in it. This field is read-only, so it cannot be edited. Builders should add this field type to easily keep track of when specific records were created.
You can view the available properties for the added by on the Edit field properties modal when you select Field type of Added on.

If you enter any text into the Field callout textbox, the information (i) icon appears to the left of the field name, and the text you entered displays when users move the cursor over this icon. 🔔 It is not possible to convert an Added on field into any other type of field. If builders no longer want to see the field, they need to delete it.
🔔 The data stored and shown in the Added on field is stored in the system, regardless of whether it is displayed through this field. This means that builders can add or remove this field as many times as they want to. The data that displays when this field is in use will always be the same for the same tab.
