If you would like to deactivate your account, you can do so from the My profile page. After you select Deactivate my account, you must read the prompts and follow the instructions provided to proceed.
Deactivating your account removes access to all Zones and Blocks where you are currently an authorized active user. Your account continues to exist, and if you choose, you can reactivate it. Account reactivation happens if either of the following occurs, using the email address that is validated for your account:
- A Zone owner invites you to collaborate again inside their Zone, and you confirm this invitation.
- You choose to sign up again using your existing, validated email.
Either action reactivates your existing account. If you wish to fully expunge any record of your account, send an email to email@example.com, and we will process your request.
Follow these steps to deactivate your account:
|1||From the GraceBlocks homepage, click the My profile icon.|
|2||In the Account status section, click Deactivate my account.|
|3||Follow the instructions on the Deactivate Account page to complete the action, and then click OK.|
|4||Once you have completed these steps, the system signs you out automatically.|
